Q: How do I activate the app once I have installed it?
A: If you click on the Ecommtoday Solutions app and see a message that says “Your store has been successfully registered with Ecommtoday!”, you are ready to begin sending orders. If the message says “Unfortunately, your store has not been registered. Please contact Ecommtoday.”, please reach out to your client rep to troubleshoot. If you do not have a client rep, please reach out to contactus@ecommtoday.com and we will direct your inquiry accordingly.
Q: How do I add products into inventory with Ecommtoday?
A: Products to be fulfilled through Ecommtoday will need to be set up in our order management system in advance. Please reach out to your client rep and they will provide you with the required information to complete that setup process as well as where to send your products for receipt into inventory.
Q: How do I choose which products will be fulfilled by Ecommtoday?
A: Simply choose the inventory location of ‘Ecommtoday Solutions’ on the product edit page for any products that will be fulfilled from our warehouse. Please make sure these products have been set up with Ecommtoday beforehand (see previous question). Contact your client rep if you have any questions/concerns.
Q: How do I deactivate my account?
A: Once the contractual relationship has ended and all order lines associated with the Ecommtoday location have been fulfilled. You may simply install the Ecommtoday Solutions app. To do so, go to ‘Settings > Apps and sales channels’ in your Shopify admin and click the ‘Uninstall’ link associated with the Ecommtoday Solutions.
